Nicholas was really helpful getting our design on to the pens we ordered. Flashbay sent me a box of all the pens they provide so I could try them all out and test how the quality and how they performed.
We wanted a more sustainable pen rather than plastic, these are very nice quality and write well. The pens also arrived very quickly.
I would be more than happy to order again.

Amazing
Amazing customer experience with Flashbay. After my enquiry, they sent samples so I could review the pen quality. Throughout the design-to-delivery process, I had a very helpful rep (Tom) who kept me updated and made sure I was happy with the design and finish. We’ve now received the pens, which we’ll be using to promote our brand at an Expo event—and we’re super happy with the end result! Would definitely recommend, and I’m likely to place another order in the future.

Incredible customer service
I recently reached out in search of materials for a conference, and Olivia provided outstanding support from start to finish. She was prompt in responding to my emails and incredibly kind as we worked through the best options. On top of that, she helped us resolve a logo issue quickly and efficiently, always replying in a timely manner. She even tracked our packages and followed up to confirm their arrival.
This was top-notch service in every way. As a small non-profit, we don’t have a lot of extra time to manage logistics, but this process was smooth and stress-free thanks to your team’s care and professionalism. We’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent experience Olivia provided.
